Food, Accomodation, Transport Information

A number of sleeping spaces have been arranged in and around Den Haag, but it may prove difficult to squeeze everyone in. If you are planning on coming and need somewhere to stay, especially if you are part of a group, then please ring +31 20 683 1021 or email risingtide@post.com And don't expect anything too luxurious.

Food  

Vegan food will be prepared throughout the conference for as cheap as we can manage. There is no guarantee that we will be able to feed everyone all the time they are there, but the more people help out with food preparation, and possibly make donations, the easier it will be!! 

Transport

You are likely to need to travel around the city quite a lot while you are here as the convention centre and other action locations are some way away from the centre. If you can bring a bike with you, you will almost certainly be glad you did. Otherwise use the tram - A strippenkart for 15 guilders buys you about seven journeys, or jumping them is usually quite easy.
If you have a vehicle that you don't mind occasionally using for transporting people and equipment to places, then that would be really useful as there is a dire shortage of vehicles we have access to.
